PR-Design have acted for a variety of clients outside of their regular role as architects.
Tasks performed have included the obtaining of all necessary consents on a completed new build project (which the previous Architect had neglected to apply for). When the lack of NHBC Certification prevented our client from selling his properties we were able to source a specialist Insurance Broker who was able to provide Latent Defects Insurance.
We also regularly liaise with Building Control, Listed Buildings and the Planning Department on behalf of clients involved in property sales and purchases.
