Peter Robinson was Project Architect for TFP on the Shell Contract of the multi-million pound Sheraton Spa.
Sitting at the centre of Terry Farrell's Exchange Development the Sheraton Spa is a dynamic contemporary response to the client's requirement for an eye-catching building. The Spa contains luxurious features such as a roof top hydro pool, Spa Suite and Treatment Rooms.
The building features a suspended pre-cast stone frame enclosing fritted glass in a curtain walling system. Deep cover caps and coloured verticals add richness to the elevations.
The building was awarded a prize in the European Hotel Design Awards 2002 for Best New Hotel or Extension to an Existing Hotel.
