As architects we are qualified to provide a design service from initial feasibility through to the hand-over of the completed building on site. We can assist you in maximising the potential of a building or site through design (pre- or post-purchase), help you to develop a brief that clarifies your requirements and design a series of proposals tailored to your needs.
Should you require additional professional services we are able to draw on the experience of engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers and lighting designers with whom we have worked in the past.
We offer a full service running from initial consultation through preparation of sketch designs, applying for Planning Permission and Building Warrant, putting together a tender package and administering the contract on site. We represent you, the client, in all aspects of the process, regularly checking the quality of work and controlling payments to the contractor.
Should you not require the full service then we can adapt to your requirements, offering a basic Planning Application, Feasibility or Building Warrant as required. Please call to discuss your individual requirements - we can adapt our service to your needs.
